We offer FREE shipping services in US. We want to bring you great value and service delivering a service beyond all expectation.

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible so we process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

How do you ship packages?

The packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

The majority of our inventory is sold from our warehouse in China with a select few items from other distributors in other countries including in the United States. That being said, sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide FREE shipping to the US. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. Estimated Standard Free Shipping time to the US takes between 9-20 Business days. Shipping options depend on your location and product.

I ordered multiple items but I have only received one/some of them

We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, after your purchase you will be provided a tracking number via email. You will receive an e-mail from our Customer Care team once your order ships, that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3-5 days, please contact us! We’ll be glad to help!
